I wonder if there's a way to find what the lotto number is after youve already looked at it... My save battery is dead (as the program needs), but it turns out i already got the lotto number, and now the lady wont show it to me XD
My issues aside, its super awesome we have a way to find Feebas without extracting the save! I cant wait to see what you do next!

The Feebas tiles do not change daily in Gen 3, that's Gen 4 thing

Is that program only works with the save file that have dead battery?

I often forget how rare the Feebas spots are, because on my original Emerald file (with a dead battery), I found one in like 5 minutes. I also somehow got lucky enough for the berry master to have the best berry to get Milotic.
