Ingredients:
Milk - 2 liter
Custard powder - 4 TBSP
Cocoa powder - 8 TBSP
Sugar - 14 TBSP
Plain milk choclate - 150 Gram
Crushed nuts - as needed ( for garnish )
Vanilla Ice cream - As needed ( Optional - for garnish )

1 in a large pot, take 2 liter milk
In a separate bowl, melt coco powder and custard powder- make sure there are no lumps
Once milk begins to heat up, add sugar and mix it well.
When milk is about to boil, add coco mixture to the milk and keep stirring. At this tome, also add custard powder mix and stir non stop. Bring milk to high boil and then let it simmer for 7-8 minutes. Bring one final boil and turn off the stove. Add milk chocolate slab and mix it until it melts in hot milk. Let it cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Serve it with choice of nuts or vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
