Plenty of Hindu faiths believe in salvation through grace, just look at Dvaita Vedanta, Madhva literally says its all due to the grace of Vishnu that anyone is given the salvific bhakti that achieves moksha. So too Vishishtadvaita is also very grace-based in it's salvation. In fact salvation through "works" (karma) is very rarely held in Hinduism from what I have seen, its mostly either bhakti (loving devotion) or jnana (knowledge).
