Nice vid. One thing I've been trying to do is create/discuss the test plan with my devs before they start implementation or shortly after they start. This allows them to know what I'm going to be looking for as well as they can point out if there is anything I'm missing in my thinking/understanding. I've seen it be very effective and has helped reduced bugs post implementation into the testing phase
