My 20 year old son has high functioning autism and ADHD. He is working. However, it isn't easy for him. The management is so hostile towards him that he constantly has to fight to keep his job. All he wants to do is earn an honest wage. Fortunately, he joined a union as soon as he started working, and they are brilliant at helping him. But, if Sunak thinks employers are simply going to help people with mental health issues, he is clueless.
