Akashic Update: There’s somber energy releasing in the collective right now. Here’s 3 Questions to Shift Heavy Energy.

Recognizing somber, or any other energy, as just energy in the field, invites us into gentle presence with what’s currently presenting for us. We don’t need to personalize this with meaning.

You get to sit in patient presence with this energy and allow it to move and guide you. You also get to let this energy flow into a more directed space, based on the frequency you know you’re being invited into.

You know you’re being invited because you feel heaviness in the body, you’re squirmy, your mind wants to engage, you can feel an opening somewhere, and you know you aren’t meant to sit in this space.

Once you’ve opened space to witness the energy flowing, get out your journal and let the energy flow through these prompts.

PRO TIP: Heavy energy is an invitation for higher frequency energies at the gate, waiting to channel through you. Open the crown and allow them in, receiving the wisdom, nourishment, love, and activation that’s meant to be expressed through you.
