I think they look great on you. Clean line straight from top to bottom, from what I can tell there’s 1 solid break in the pants and that’s very classic.

Are these the lived in chino, straight fit? I think the fit is ideal for a chino, the straight fit has a better silhouette then a tapered fit, and elongates your legs. I do think they are 1” to .5” too long. If you hemmed them the break would fall much softer while still covering the top portion of the shoe

Hem them shorter, don't taper them. Chinos look nice with a straight fit.
