A biopsy is so univasive that a mistake during that is probably much higher because its probably just two people working on him with minimal cheaks on it. My mom worked in mammography for 40 years and she said several times the wrong brest got biopsied and lead to problems for the patient.

You say this but I had a friend like six years ago had a biopsy done on the wrong lung. They punctured an artery and rushed him into emergency surgery.
