Ingredients:
1/2 large onion
2 garlic cubes (better to use fresh)
Bunch of prawns (20ish)
1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, 1.5 tsp chilli flakes, salt to taste
small tub of single cream
3/4 portions of pasta of your choice
1/2 cup pasta water
Bunch of cherry tomatoes (halved)
Juice of a lemon
handful of fresh coriander
Method:
sauté the onions and garlic until translucent and add the prawns in
Add your seasoning and sauté for 3-4 minutes
Add in your cream and cherry tomatoes, simmer for 2 mins
Add the pasta and pasta water and simmer for 5-6 mins until well combined and creamy.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the coriander
Give it a mix and enjoy
