How you can explain to those people that Jodisim and Christianity and islam all mean peace and submission to god alone .
Peace in arabic language mean islam. the name didn't change since prophet Muhammad died.
In jodism the people after muses change so god send prophet Jesus to correct but some jowish kill him ,later god send prophet Muhammad to correct people to one god only .
All mean (peace and Submission to one god).
