Hey, Amazon worker here. This isnāt a singular event, they do give aways at my site every other week. They have loads of activities for us to do during break times, especially over Christmas. They throw 2-3 seasonal parties and 1 special post Christmas party every year. They give out merch 3-4 times a year, give us a pay adjustment every 6 months, and during prime and the Christmas period, they run competitions where we can win big prizes. I won a an iPad 2 years ago š
They allow for flexible working and as a parent, itās probably the best job Iāve ever had

When I worked for Amazon, they gave me a small, miniature airplane size bottle of alcohol as my holiday gift.

I work at an air site and they gave us a Panera family meal kit for 4. They recently gave us all family zoo tickets for 4 that came with extras. They gave us GFS meal kits a couple months ago. They also just gave us $1.50 raise on top of raises given every 6 months. Iām not complaining.

Amzn ambassador here, they quit giving incentives for training new associates, which is so important to the workings of their facilities. Now, even though it's really hard work to train, they only give a sandwich and an article of clothing, which is free advertising for themš„
