Okay, so, this glitch/bug no longer works in the current patch on PC, I'm not sure if it works on consoles but on the current patch on PC this was fixed. However, on Steam you can revert to an older version with this bug. I tried it on 1.0.6 and it works.

For some reason, there's also a weird bug that if you do wrong warp to get ALL the hangman keys and then Go to lost library to get the letter L, when you get the letter L the game doesnt create the hole to start the Basil cutscene, so you get soflocked in Lost library
