Answer-
If mirio was given ofa then he would slowly die at a young age, the reason why all might isn't dead is because he was quirkless when he got ofa, like izuku, quirkless people have an empty cavity for quirks that can be filled up, but for mirio it would already be full and adding ofa to his quirk would make his cavity over flow and he would slowly crack and die, he would probably end up dying before the age of 40, as the other users did (other than all might).
