Bacteria also causes cavities. Honestly I’m tired of hearing so many things are bad

If you compiled every self help tip out there you’d find it basically boils down to simplicity and moderation holistically is key.

Maybe they had an increase risk of diabetes because they were obese... cuz that actually makes sense.

Its the same with allergy meds or ibuprofein. Eventually the medicine starts causing the problem. Its a great buisness model.

The longer I live the harder it is to find things that aren't bad for you. Some people won't even drink the tap water.

Basically - use mouth wash at night but not in the morning. Sorted ✔️

A other fear creation video. It kills bacterias that creates cavities, cavities can lead to infections that can lead to a heart attack. So I rather eliminate some bacterrias than have a heart attack.
Second the study with obese people can't justify anyhting, as they were prone to diabetes regardless of mouthwash usage. Correlation and causation are 2 different things

Microbiome of the mouth gets obliterated by “antiseptic mouthwash”. Digestion begins in the mouth.

Does this also apply to natural mouthwash coconut oil? I oil pull daily with fantastic results. Which is antibacterial? Or only chemical?

Doesn’t tooth paste do the same thing with similar ingredients (alcohol and Fluoride)?

I hardly ever used mouthwash because I felt it was just a way for the company to make more money and your teeth and mouth should be clean if you brushed properly.

I came across your videos and I'm impressed with your channel! But something missing in your caption. So do you need an editor who can organize your captions

I changed my families toothpaste over to homemade and we don’t have bad breath unless we are eating things that are really strong in smell or high in acid.

Okay this one is where I draw the line dude. These shorts are getting a little silly. 50% risk for Obese people? And then he even backpedals and admits that we need more research. For the love of everything, please do not take this short to heart. Please do your own real research, this guest is not to be someone that we should get behind in this community.
