Yes. Here in the UK they're popping up everywhere, the local areas are hiding them behind speed signs etc. We're going to have pay per mile taxation instead of ordinary road tax soon.

Texas. These are showing ip in high density areas. Lowes, walmart, college campuses. These tens to show up at bottlenecks where people or vehicles may be most likely to choose an entrance or escape point. These cameras are standalone. Meaning they require no physical connections to a network. They work off of wifi, and for a camera if low quality, you don’t need good wifi. They are also solar powered, so you don’t have to pay extra for physical wiring.
