Actually flight 990 has 2 possibilities
1: Pilot su*cide:
Co-pilot made the plane crash but the captain tried to save the plane but the plane crashed anyways
2: Design flaw:
The plane systems failed causing the plane to lose control with the co-pilot trying to save the plane aswell as the captain as it was found there were problems on all 767s produced at the time with a piece of junk[Or something like that] found inside the evelvators which made boeing change the elevators
