I'm just not thinking that that move has the ability to work anywhere other than Martinsville really, maybe Bristol if you got super lucky but any of the larger tracks the outside near the wall is just so much longer around than the inside line that the speed difference would have to be so much more but you would not be able to achieve that speed distance, and that's only if you get lucky in the whole right front of the car don't get absolutely destroyed when you run into the wall to begin with causing you to friction stop your car more or less, I don't think NASCAR necessarily needs to make a rule on this because it just ain't going to work anywhere else really and isn't going to work quite a lot of the times even at Martinsville or Bristol
