WHAT I EAT ON A 20H JOURNEY🇯🇵

This was my first time traveling this far!! The flights were super chill tho, I quite enjoyed the 12h one. 🧘🏼‍♀️

The food intake was chaotic but this is the reality of long journeys. 🤷🏼‍♀️ You can’t pack a bag with healthy high protein foods for the whole 12h flight lol.

Firstly I had a salmon quiche and an orange juice at the Prague airport from @paul_czech_republic and it was rlly delish!

I made these peanut butter cookies:
2 ripe bananas, oats, peanut butter, chocolate (comment if u want the full recipe)
They turned out AMAZING, so me and my fam snacked on them during the whole journey lol

The blueberry juice that we got served was soooooo nice!! I’m obsessed.

During the layover in Helsinki we had some Lebanese food - I had a pita with falafel and halloumi and some fries.

On the airplane I had more of the cookies, rice with tomato sauce, some veg (without the chicken rip protein) then for breakfast they served us a surprisingly good cream cheese omelette with some potatoes. 🙌🏻
