Be very careful out there. Know where your food, fish etc comes from. We consume a lot of raw fish here in Hawaii so be diligent always about the source. 🌺Le

Farmed fish receive multiple injections are crowded in tanks grow fungus the list goes on I worked for marine harvest in Canada for over 10 years never would I eat a farmed fish
