Bend that diverter down at an angle after applying sealant. Looks nice and adds a mechanical aspect instead of relying of sealant alone, keeps it out of the suns UV rays therefore adding to the life of the sealant 😊

Finally! Do you have any idea as a gutter contractorhow many times I have heard from roofers and building inspectors our gutter was rotting out a wall? Meanwhile flashing is dead in the wall, folks in Central Texas need to see this. I mean its a simple detail trades areound here just can't grasp.

Try using needle to twist the flashing and create a kick out with no cuts. Look up a video to see what I mean. I know you'd prefer a fully flashed joint as opposed to relying on caulking where you cut

When I watch Kyle do workmanship like this, I think why would anyone want to hire any other builder…no matter where they are in the country. I have had many top and/or highly awarded builders build farm buildings and while they do a superb job none of them fit and finish trim like Kyle!
