Definitely depends Where in the industry you are working. Doing online freelance having a consistent style is an incredible marketting tool, since inexpletienced clients already know what theyre going to get from you and they can pick and choose exactly what they want, and having a unique style when working as an independent creator/lead for your own project also helps you stand out. Studio jobs require versatility, independent creation favors uniqueness.

Developing an own art style is very important in my opinion. I personally dislike people who just copies and draws in these trend styles. Looks good but is a fail to me in the long run. Honestly your style or art donsent even have to be ehat is called perfect, style speaks. Ones own style dose not mean it has to he unique, i understand it as the way one draws after all the techquies they learned and people they learn from.

I Think It’s Up To The Artist But If You See Art It’s Just Like Okay Cool Good Art. If You See Another Art Piece By A Different Person It Will Probably Look Completely Different. Some People Pike Drawing Like That. Every Drawing Is Completely Different For A Number Of Reasons. But Sometimes It’s Good To Be Able To See An Artist And Their Style And Differentiate It From Others. I Personally Think It Can Make An Artist’s Piece More Memorable.
