Remi sir, I have central posterior bulging l5s1 for last 3 month, I'm doing continues exercise as per your advice, my pain become control about 80-90 % but now I have numbness in my left leg especially feet or finger without no pain plz... Advice

Hi remi, i was wondering what is the best sleeping position to help in the recovery in your opinion?.. i don't feel much pain while sleeping.. and the most comfortable sleeping position for me is sleeping on my back and having a pillow under my thighs, but i'm concerned it may be harmful as it flattens the back.. and is it normal to wake up with numbness in my toes although i rarely experience any symptoms past my glutes .. this numbness usually goes away as soon as i walk a little.. thanks a lot
