Thank you for sharing Dr Liz. I pray for you in your grief. When my Dad passed suddenly, i found myself in very deep grief for 5 yrs. It finally dawned on me he would want me to be happy, not sad. That helped me get out of thay desperate feeling. This sounds like a helpful resource

My mum died this spring. I''m only 34 and it was too soon. things have broken down quickly, but reading poems have helped.

I send you hugs and prayers. Few years ago my stepdad died in May, my father died in June and my grandma died in July! I believe I still may be in shock all of the losses, in three months time. Seven months later I lost my Aunt AKA my mom, the woman that raised me. One year after that I lost my godfather.
