i watched the launch trailer of Dishonored when it first came through and somehow i knew i would fucking love this and i still do to this day and 1 of my top 10 favorite games

The only "big" flaw the game had was not having new game plus or level select, allowing you to use your powers at their fullest only in the last levels, problem that was completely fixed in dishonored 2

I remember when this game came out. I played it over and over again, until i did every type of playthrough multiple times. It was my favorite game back then. I no longer have the patience for stealth. I tried, got about 3/4 the way through the game then gave up because its just too stressful for me these days. But man, this game was legendary for sure. That era of gaming was just one of the best times to be a gamer. Dishonored, bioshock, cod was at its best, so was battlefield and halo, skyward sword, smash, skyrim... miss those days. I was in my late teens but that era made me feel like a little kid again. Always a good adventure to be had.

The chaos system is misunderstood. You wanna kill everyone? High chaos means you have plenty of targets. Wanna be sneaky? Low chaos means you get more opportunities to explore.

All of the games on this series are absolutely legendary for their own reasons. The first one for the world setup, the second for the continuation, the third for a fan favorite. This series will be so missed if there isn't another.
