Absolutely true.
Arabs, including Palestinians, do not have a concept of a nation. They came out of Arabia, where there were no nations, only tribes (hamoulas). This is how it is to this day. Even "Arab" is not a nation. The man who proposed a national identity for Arabs was a Christian. It didn't work anyway.
This makes them very different from Jews or Persians or Westerners.
So the whole schtick about Palestinian nation that needs a state is just that -- a schtick. A trick.
