KIDNEY BEAN SOUP RECIPE 👇🏻
Soak 2 cups of kidney beans overnight or 24 hours.
Cook 4-5 hours on low by occasionally adding hot water if needed.
Add 2 potatoes cubed, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried basil.
Chop 1 white onion, sauté well with cooking oil (I used avocado oil) and chopped fresh cilantro.
At the end I smash the potatoes (optional).
Enjoy.
