What are some good resources for the philosophical debate? I listened to The Great Courses lecture series, and I just bough (haven't read) "Free Agents" by Kevin Mitchell. But I've always been under the impression that the evidence doesn't support Libertarian Free-Will, despite my bias towards it and its implications for theology.

I don't think 'freewill' is a concept that the biblical authors even had. Not in the way that we conceptualize it today. The way we think of the mind has matured quite a bit in the last 2000 - 3000 years or more.
And I think we need to let go of the idea that we can find answers to modern concepts like this in an ancient text.
