I'm 39. I use to weigh over 560 pounds. I'm about 6 ft 2 an a half barefoot. I applied for my 600 lb life. When I didn't hear back...I decided..no surgery. Just fasting and good ole exercise 💪would be the way. I started at 35 an in 4 years I'm down to 260. Goal weight of 220 give or take 5( post edit) because I took 4 years to lose the weight I don't have but maybe 5% of the skin issues that others do who lose it to quickly. I'm blessed and I'm fighting . I live in Springfield Missouri. Help someone struggling in your area that u normally wouldn't this Christmas. Do it for me? Or just do it period. Thank u all for the awesome kind words of support. My dream is to be a voice actor

I finished a spartan race after losing 80lbs I was 306lbs 6’2” when I did it. Never had a happier feeling in my life when I finished it along with the guys from my family. There still a lot of work that needs to be done.
