I'm currently disagreeing on the morning workouts idea. I love a hard workout in the evening followed by a swim and some some sauna time and then home to bed with a book. Got up this morning for a 6am HIIT class and really regretting that choice.

Im really having a hard time with diet and nutrition. Your right it is the most important part! Eventhough i workout 4 times a week and 4 hours a day, cant achieve a lean cut let alone lose my tummy.

I’m embarking on my journey. My overall goal is of course better health, but i want to lose fat and gain some muscle. I’m focusing on morning workouts, eating more Whole Foods, and swapping out my sugary coffee for healthy teas w/ honey. I’m only four days in but I’m sleeping better and feeling much happier!

You don’t HAVE to work out in the morning, and if you do it doesn’t have to be a hard workout. It could be a walk while the sun’s rising, or a run. It could be yoga or Pilates. It doesn’t have to be hard.

I hate working out in the morning! My work strts at 8am and i just sit there and look at the screen for about 2 hours...only then i completely wske up 😂
