This is how I train too, a hybrid approach to improve strength, speed, stamina etc. I do callisthenics, followed by boxing/swimming/stationary bike (I tend to treat all three like hiit sessions). I do play with dumbbells occasionally and maintain decent strength there but mostly body weight movements. That on top of my whole food plant based diet which has only tripled my intensity
