I got this pan a few months ago for other Asian food/snack but just got an idea for these pan-lette bites, and decided to make and share it last week.

These pan-lette bites are made from scratch and are soft, light and fluffy. It’s an Asian-American fusion recipe that I made up. I didn’t follow instructions from the package bag/box for adding milk instead of water. I increased the amount of milk and egg than usual, compared to when I make regular pancakes. Please see batter ingredients below, the ratio is 1:1:1

Would you like to have it for breakfast or as a snack? It’s not greasy and is yummy. It’s good by itself or with ketchup, syrup or other sauce of your preference. Hope you like this recipe.

INGREDIENTS
Part A: Batter Mixture
*1 egg
*1 cup milk
*1 cup pancake mix (Krusteaz Buttermilk)

Part B: other ingredients
*14-20 Quail eggs/ 2 chicken eggs (beat)
*3 stalks green onion - chopped
*1 sausage - sliced
*Shredded cheese
*Salt (optional)
*Pepper (optional)
