I do this method with any detangling brush i decide to use and i have seen a huge improvement in my density and i notice less split ends.
Less split ends and less breakage means i will retain a lot of my growth. I also see less gaps in my ends and I donโt need to trim much off when itโs time to trim.
Remember guys to โจ BABY YOUR HAIR โจ and if you can, try to detangle out of the shower so you can be warm when detangling ๐ and so you donโt rush and get impatient.

My routine is similar to yours except I start with wide-tooth comb - canNOT live without this tool. Then use the tangle teaser also starting at the bottom working up to roots. Just like you said, the teaser removes any shedding hairs that a wide-tooth comb can miss. ๐

I always hold the ends of my hair to lengthen the strands and it always keeps my hair from snagging.

I do the finger detangling as well but I skip the wide tooth comb & use my tangle teaser vertically to detangle & horizontally to style!
