Having structure in life and in league is the most important
like even if you just play 1 game per day thats totally fine but try to play it roughly at the same time every day

I usually review a game from the session before when starting my block. Than I go for 2-3 games. I cant review right after the game as i am to emotionally involved

I've found that capping games in a day to 5 or 6 is helpful, and I like to look at 1 or 2 things in my games, but I don't like having to play 3 games, having to review all those games for 5 minutes.. its wearisome.
