Only do this if youre missing like only one or two 3 diamond cards from a specific pack and want to open other packs. Otherwise you'll eventually nsturally get it from a pull or wonder pick.

At first I was confused as to how I got the card. Because I still needed a 150 Alakazam. But I had a 400 Alakazam. Found out that it doesn't matter the exchange point size of the card as long as you have 1 of each to complete it.

On the Nidos: yeah, they're a gimmick deck to be fair. Love 'em to death, but Weezing/ Muk & Arbok/ Pigeot are stronger dark decks.
On the Colorless energy Typed cards: dollars versus cents says we GET a reason to run them in the future. For now, only 'Chao & Fu are techable in my experience so far.
On Gyarados (& Fearrow): IF we get the remove an energy cards from OG Pokemon then the knock-off will be brutal again. Until then . . . I agree with your points while running both from a place of sentiment.
