When I was about 12 my Dad asked me to spend Saturday picking all the pine needles out of the back hills ice plant. Like 6 pine trees. Hundreds of thousands of needles. An impossible task but I think he was teaching me something. Not sure what.

Only reason im still alive to celebrate another year is my mother's prayers and my daddys charachter building.
I know it seemed like I was goin off the deep end for a bit there, and I was, but don't worry Dad, you still raised me right and to know when fun times over and responsibility time begins.
I can hear him replying to me now.
