There are plenty of reasons why cats like boxes so much: it makes them feel safe, it's a great place to hide and prepare an ambush, they smell great and are purrfect for some pawdicure.
Every time when there's a new package delivered and we leave the box on the floor, our cats just have to inspect it. Sometimes they play in it and sometimes they just sit in it quietly doing some sniffing.
This small box was a bit harder to fit into, though Maia did get all the way in there...I was too late to film it.
The bigger box was an instant success of course and both our cats jumped in it straight away. It's the perfect toy. You can put stuff in there and go cat fishing when they are in there or just let them run & jump in and out untill they had enough.
