Начнём пожалуй с того что локдаун и оптимус когда они прям впервые встретились, оптимус был в ржавом и дряхлом состоянии, но даже в такой форме прайм выигрывал локдауна, и даже смог его на крюке швырануть, а когда оптимус улучшился то он вроде как стал сильнее и быстрее, локдаун впервые поймал прайма когда он сражался с гальватроном, а в финальной схватке локдаун первый раунд смог выиграть пронзив тело прайма его же мечом, даже не опираясь на людей, а во втором раунде локдауна начали гасить кейд, причём кейду помогала его дочь и ее парень, затем следом примчался бамблби и смог локдауну хоть как то дать отпор, он бы мог окончательно прайма добить если не отвлекался на людей, а потом следом до второго раунда оптимус отвлёкся на антиджера а затем он следом убил его, потом локдаун в крысу напал на прайма со спины, где локдаун уже пнул прайма прижав его к стене и вонзив в его тело его же меч, как уже было сказано ранее, из этого можно сделать вывод что локдаун оказался сильнее если бы ему не мешали люди

Lockdown's age is literally unknown, but he is FOR SURE not older than Optimus.
edit : I forgot to mention : Movie Lockdown wasn't even at base, he was prepped, where Optimus wasn't.
Lockdown wanted to bring optimus to his creators, so he was sure as hell to be well equipped, and those for you saying that Optimus saving cade doesn't matter, you are in complete denial. He lost his focus on Lockdown and decided to put him down for a few seconds before saving cade, which granted Lockdown the ability to take him from behind, and Optimus literally got combo'd, and wasn't even that focused on the fight anymore because of Attinger.
