I don't agree that it was Sasuke who taught Boruto the "Flying Raijin." I think it was Koji who would be able to teach him the 4th's technique because he is the clone of Jiraiya. He was Minato's sensei and had a knowledge of his student's jutsus, including Rasengan & the 8-Trigram Seal. Since Koji is Jiraiya's clone, he has access to his abilities and knowledge of jutsu.

Before people say âboruto didnât master itâ the short and only true answer is that he did as he surpassed the creator of the technique witch means he mastered it but he simply did not to master it to the same level as his grandfather who surpassed Tobirama as well witch Tobirama stated himself that Minato was a better teleporter than him and boruto proves to be quickly approaching that level with him already surpassing Tobirama by literally teleporting whole dimensions and using the technique with a flick of his wrist and is able to literally imprint the shikiformula on to things as small as shurikens in an instant. And his shiki formula is also similar to his grandfathers rather than tobiramas witch makes it far more efficient than the large ass seal that pops up for tobirama witch was the man down side that tobirmaa couldnât get around and whatâs even better is that boruto was already proving to be a goat when he pulled off tobirama level feats at 12 making water from literally nothing but the moister in the air and creating a literal tsunami against aoi,

Creators are throwing everything they can to buff boruto to increase viewership. But nothing can beat the OG naruto. They should have just ended at Shippuden instead of creating this. A lot effort is going in to revive this dying patient.
