VCI for Kudo: To explain, Kudo possesses more cryptanalysis skills than L, is fluent in many local languages, and knows several foreign languages. CTW L the onscreen movie version speaks 4 languages: English, Japanese, Italian and French(?) with a short decode 3:4 -> MK.
VSI/PRI: Kudo has more onscreen feats than CTW L. The novel version of CTW L does not have VSI onscreen feats, the Movie version has them but is basic. WMI: both
PSI: CTW L, no need to explain.
FRI: Kudo, his reasoning ability is quite flexible, much more feats than L.

fix Reasoning:
Reasoning of CTW L or Canon L is both Inductive and Abductive (L is extremely strong in Abductive Reasoning, if you don't know). L is quite weak Deductive Reasoning, not much feat = Kudos To be ok, it will be Induc, Abduc for L Deduc for Kudos (no >=)
