Dorito Fried Chicken Bagels & Loaded Fries 🍔🍟⁣

Ingredients: ⁣
2 Bagel thins ⁣
2 medium sized chicken breasts ⁣
1/2 bag of crushed Doritos ⁣
2 whisked eggs ⁣
2 slices cheese of your choice ⁣
1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp roesemary, 1/2 tsp parsley, 1 tsp peri peri seasoning, 1 tsp Turkish pepper flakes (optional), 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp paprika⁣
1 Tbsp milk⁣
1/2 bell pepper, 1 finely diced onion ⁣
Large handful of chopped jalapeños and gherkins ⁣
Chips &cheese sauce: ⁣
3 large thick cut potatoes⁣
1/2 tub cream cheese ⁣
3 slices Red Leicester cheese⁣
1/2 tsp chilli flakes ⁣
Spicy Sauce ingredients: (combine) ⁣
3 tsp mint sauce ⁣
1 heaped tsp mrnaga
3 Tbsp ketchup ⁣
1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise ⁣
⁣
Method: ⁣
1. Slice your chicken breast to make small tenders and marinade in all the seasoning and milk. ⁣
2. Coat in the egg wash and Doritos and fry for 2-3 mins per side ⁣
3. Shallow fry the pepper and onions until soft and translucent ⁣
4. Layer your bagel with spicy sauce, cheese slice, fried chicken, pepper and onion mix, jalapeños, gherkins and more sauce. ⁣
5. For the cheese sauce, melt all the ingredients in a pot. Add a splash of milk for a thinner consistency. ⁣
6. Layer the fried chips, cheese sauce, chopped up fried chicken, more jalapeños and gherkins, pepper and onions, and even more spicy sauce ⁣
7. Garnish with parsley and indulge! ⁣
