Boiled Jack fruits - 450 g
Medium size boiled potato - 1
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Bengali ground masala ( bhaja masala ) 1-1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder ( amchur ) 1-1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1-1/2 tsp
Crushed roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Gram flour - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp

Shrimp - 12/13 pcs
Mustard oil - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chili - 2
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Bengali garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Frozen shredded coconut - 1/3 cup
Water - 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
