I had this as an early teen . My sense of time, sight , and sound would be distorted. Last time I remember years ago I was sitting on the toilet and out of nowhere it hit me. I was able to hear planes flying over my house And it sound like if they where only a couple hundred feet away. I also remember when I reached to grab toilet paper as it was unrolling it sound like it was going like 100mph and it looked bigger then it was , also when I would talk i would feel like I was talkikg speed up , like if you pressed fast forward on a movie . Very weird and scary stuff. The couple time I had it before that I would be scared cause I’d want it to end . Which would last maybe a minute or two then everything snap back to normal , the last time I remember that It happened was the time I just described , when it started happening i just went with the flow and didn’t fear what was happening more like took it all in. That’s why I remember so specifically till this day
