You really don't deserve that, it doesn't matter if you look feminine or not! You are beautiful just the way you are, and wether you have acne, stretch marks, or anything, it doesn't matter! You are absolutely gorgeous and I refuse to believe otherwise! It's out of other's mistakes that make you feel like that, and I'm so sorry.

I thought it was funny the first few times, but… now people frequently mistake my gender for Male… well- that tells you how feminine I look, it’s getting kind of old and I’m getting tired of it… Now i’m self-conscious and my self-esteem is kinda low… my body is covered in scars from nonstop scratched bug bites, I have stretch marks from sudden growth spurts, and my back and face is covered in acne. If I’m Female, then why don’t I look like one?…
