For some context:
In the first image, Aris is depicted crying because Rune had left with the mages to confront a group of hellions attacking Tenraq's city. She was terrified for his safety and felt she should have been there to support him. Determined to ensure his well-being, she secretly followed the platoon of mages and encountered a hellion. Unfortunately, Aris was not well-prepared for the battle, and the hellion took her life.
In the second image takes place 2 years later, Rune is shown in tears, devastated by the loss of Aris. He hesitated to kill the hellion responsible for her death, as he saw that the hellion had a family and appeared to be starving while on the hunt.
