This happened to me in a public run, i was looey and i searched the entire map for twisteds. The only twisted i found was boxten, nobody pointed out there was rodger or connie or rnd, i was confused as there were also no research capsules. I didnt discuss about it until after we finished the floor, but it was really confusing

This happend to me once after reseqrch i found out its basically when the items,sounds and twsiteds assets arent loaded meaning youll only find a few items and most sounds are gone if not all and there wont be any twisteds you shouldnt be scared but i understand hope this helped also i really love your content
