There are windows. When Charlie was banging on the walls to get back into the pizzeria, we clearly saw a window.
I think the windows just close after the day shift.

It could be like in a casino, where there are no windows as to not let people know what time it was, so that they would spend more time inside

Maybe it’s because during special parties or certain events the pizza would put on like blacklight parties or use some really cool lighting systems and the pizzeria and windows would probably affect it, but they’re probably our windows at the entrance

In reality, establishments such as supermarkets do not have windows either or they only have them in the front, and that is a strategy so that you do not notice when it gets dark and you stay longer, spending more money, that may be a reason for don't have windows. But, speaking in reality that it is a game, Scott was probably too lazy to make a window and render the outside

I'm pretty sure it's because people don't know how dark it is outside so would keep them in for longer, I mean if it wasn't real life but this is a game so your answer is probably correct

The More plausible answer would be that there are no windows so people can’t see what time it is outside letting them stay longer and spend more money

Just look up any chuck e cheese/showbiz pizza exterior photos from the early 80s, they didn't have windows either.

Or maybe the darkness of the building plus the angle of the cameras possibly doesn't let us see the windows. We don't even get to see the front door.
