An Ode to Ramen

And not just ramen, but all broth and noodle dishes in Japan

Actually ALL Japanese food!

I have never felt so light in all my life!

And oh my gosh, don’t even get me started on my skin, it is clear and glowing ☀️

As my travel friend Kayleigh has frequently asked me during our time in Japan, should we MOVE here?!? 😏

I will consider any place where I can feel like my most healthy self!

I just spent 4 months in the US and didn’t realize I felt so bloated until I came to Japan and I have never felt lighter in all my life!

I think the food here is probably more nutrient dense than the food in the US. I’m mostly eating sushi, seaweed, ramen/soup, pork, gyoza, rice, and gummy candies and I have never felt better!

It’s no secret, I think the food system in the US is majorly flawed, with low quality, highly adulterated food-like substances and this is just one more data point (albeit, a highly anecdotal one)🙃
