Namaste everyone. My name is Maya and I am a foreigner living in Nepal with my Nepali husband and our son.
Today is a special day. I am experiencing the power of singing bowl therapy for the first time. I have no clue what to expect.
It was relaxing! I definitely fell less stressed. I heard about the many benefits of sound healing before. But I must admit I love massages more!
After my session, we went for Japanese food near the healing center in Thamel. Kizuna is an actual Japanese kitchen that serves good food at a very good price. We particularly loved the Nigiri sushi mix, Salmon maki roll and Ebi tempura maki. It also has great portion sizes. Very yummy and fulfilling !
