▪️While we were at our photo shoot for the Roots EP we had an equipment malfunction. @fordfairchild had to run to the store and while he was gone the rest of the team said, “let’s get #content ”.
▫️I really struggle with content creation for a couple reasons. First, it’s almost impossible to stay humble while creating content. Second, it’s usually scripted and fake and solely created for engagement and algorithmic purposes. And lastly, I don’t think content moves the needle unless it is in the moment and caught naturally. Content should be valuable not just “look at me” ya know?
▪️Anyway, I kinda expressed that to @rarphoto and @tylerminorcreative and Rebecca started filming me asking dense questions. The questions were so good that it made me forget about the camera and I was able to talk passionately about what I thought.
▫️I love thinking deeply and wrestling with ideas, concepts, etc. In this video you’re watching me do that in real time as I delve into songwriting. I plan on releasing a few of these. Hope ya dig 👌
