We recently attended IBC 2024 in Amsterdam and had a whole range of our ProArt monitors on display, but the big question is: whats the difference between and OLED and Mini LED monitor?

With an OLED monitor, each pixel lights up individually. This gives you perfect blacks and fantastic contrast ratios!

Mini LED monitors utilise tiny diodes to produce a more precise form of backlight for the display which tend to be a lot brighter. This lends itself to being much more suitable for working in a bright, well-lit environment.

Which one would you choose?

OLED doesnt even get bright enough for SDR, let alone HDR. Anyone who recommends OLED for HDR is just misinformed
